Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

All materials created by Hero Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, specified deliverables transfer to you as outlined in your service agreement.

Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Typical notice periods are 30 days. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

Limitation of Liability

Hero Digital Marketing Agency Launchpad™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hero Digital Marketing Agency Launchpad™ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
